En InfoPoint \u00e4r en enklare, bemannad turistserviceplats. Genom projektet ville man genomf\u00f6ra och utv\u00e4rdera konceptet f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 m\u00e5let om ett st\u00e4rkt v\u00e4rdskap.<\/p>\n

Tillsammans med Akademi B\u00e5stad arrangerades en utbildning kring hur man skapar gott v\u00e4rdskap, \u00f6kad attraktivitet och merf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning. Projekt\u00e4garen arrangerade \u00e4ven en studieresa d\u00e4r man bes\u00f6kte flera av kommunens olika bes\u00f6ksm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n

Broschyrst\u00e4ll, broschyrer, flaggor och dekaler best\u00e4lldes f\u00f6r att sedan s\u00e4ttas upp p\u00e5 de anslutna serviceplatserna. F\u00f6r de akt\u00f6rer som hade fiberbredband installerades \u00e4ven accesspunkter.<\/p>\n

Resultat<\/h2>\n

Den prim\u00e4ra m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen var att etablera 20 InfoPoints. Resultatet landade p\u00e5 23 servicepunkter vilket innebar 23 nya fysiska m\u00f6tesplatser. Projektet genomf\u00f6rde \u00e4ven en enk\u00e4tunders\u00f6kning som visade att de allra flesta bes\u00f6ken handlade om behov av turistinformation. N\u00e4stan samtliga respondenter var bes\u00f6kare som var n\u00f6jda med personalens bem\u00f6tande, service och kunskap.<\/p>\n

Efter projekttidens slut har ytterligare en InfoPoints tillkommit. Vid platser som H\u00f6rja Caf\u00e9, Hovdala slott, Pelargonhuset p\u00e5 Fl\u00e4derg\u00e5rden, Hotell Statt, S\u00f6sdala bibliotek och Alpacka Ekofarm i Hultet finns utbildad och kompetent personal som st\u00e5r redo att tipsa, lotsa och inspirera de som bes\u00f6ker H\u00e4ssleholms kommun.<\/p>\n
