Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet syftade till att st\u00e4rka samverkan mellan olika akt\u00f6rer i Simrishamn, inklusive kommun, fastighets\u00e4gare, n\u00e4ringsliv och f\u00f6reningar. M\u00e5let var att skapa en h\u00e5llbar och l\u00e5ngsiktig utvecklingsmodell som \u00f6kade stadens attraktionskraft och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade handels-, service- och bes\u00f6ksn\u00e4ringen. Genom att implementera BID-processen (Business Improvement District) ville projektet fr\u00e4mja gemensamt ansvarstagande och st\u00e4rka stadens varum\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n

Aktiviteter<\/h2>\n

Projektet genomf\u00f6rde tre huvudsakliga aktiviteter:<\/p>\n

  1. BID-processen \u2013 Under 18 m\u00e5nader p\u00e5gick en samverkansprocess med workshoppar, coachning och analysarbete. En nul\u00e4gesanalys och aff\u00e4rsplan togs fram, och samverkansorganisationen \u201dMitt Simrishamn\u201d bildades.<\/li>\n
  2. Digital plattform och utbildning \u2013 En webbplats, en Facebook-sida och samarbete med Cityplay gav b\u00e4ttre kommunikation och kundinsikter. Fyra utbildningar inom sociala medier genomf\u00f6rdes.<\/li>\n
  3. Kompetensutveckling och inspiration \u2013 Studieresor, konferenser och utbildningar inom service och bem\u00f6tande genomf\u00f6rdes. Projektet deltog \u00e4ven i ett pilotprojekt f\u00f6r att utveckla ett nationellt m\u00e4tverktyg f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbara st\u00e4der.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Projektet st\u00e4rkte samverkan mellan stadens akt\u00f6rer och resulterade i en gemensam vision och aff\u00e4rsplan. Fokusgrupper skapades f\u00f6r att identifiera f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrings\u00e5tg\u00e4rder och informationsspridningen f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades. Projektet uppm\u00e4rksammades nationellt och fick ett hedersomn\u00e4mnande f\u00f6r innovativt arbete, samt en andraplats i \u00c5rets Stadsk\u00e4rna 2022. Mitt Simrishamn lever vidare som en aktiv samverkansorganisation med l\u00e5ngsiktiga utvecklingsplaner och kontinuerligt engagemang fr\u00e5n stadens parter.<\/p>\n
