Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Den m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r upphandling av lokalt producerade livsmedel. Genom att samarbeta med olika livsmedelsf\u00f6retag och r\u00e5varuproducenter arbetade projektet med att b\u00e5de vidareutveckla och att sprida modellen.

Aktiviteter<\/h2>\n

Projektet identifierade den enskilde producentens hinder och utmaningar f\u00f6r att kunna leverera i en kommunal och regional livsmedelsupphandling, \u00e4ven om m\u00f6jligheten till att p\u00e5verka visade sig vara liten och ledde till att sj\u00e4lva upphandlingen avslutades tidigt.<\/p>\n

Analysen av dessa hinder ledde i st\u00e4llet fram till att projektet riktade in sig p\u00e5 specifika varugrupper. En nod av r\u00e5varuproducenter som matchade de utvalda varugrupperna skapades.

Resultat<\/h2>\n

En viktig slutsats var att ett \u201d20%-f\u00f6retag\u201d beh\u00f6ver hj\u00e4lp f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 modellen samt f\u00f6r att l\u00e4mna anbud p\u00e5 artikelniv\u00e5 med en best\u00e4md volym.<\/p>\n

Nu finns en bra grund att st\u00e5 p\u00e5 inf\u00f6r framtidens utveckling av m\u00e5ltidsl\u00f6sningar och tj\u00e4nster som \u00e4r kopplade till den offentliga maten. Projekt\u00e4garen ser dessutom en enorm potential f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag, varav de flesta inte tidigare har deltagit i n\u00e5gon form av offentlig livsmedelsupphandling.
