Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet startades f\u00f6r att tillg\u00e4ngligg\u00f6ra medel och genomf\u00f6ra projekt som st\u00e4rker personalens kompetens inom organisationer och f\u00f6retag. I Leader LAG PH:s utvecklingsstrategi lyftes behovet av en l\u00e5ngsiktig och h\u00e5llbar utbildning. Att \u00f6ka individers anst\u00e4llbarhet \u00e4r en nyckel f\u00f6r att skapa och beh\u00e5lla en vital syssels\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n

Aktiviteter<\/h2>\n

Ut\u00f6ver annonsering och delning av information har LAG:s n\u00e4tverk har en administrat\u00f6r tagit emot och hanterat inkommande ans\u00f6kningar. Delaktiviteten har genomf\u00f6rts av Vittsj\u00f6 ving\u00e5rd, Scouterna H\u00e4ssleholm, HK Wilk\u00e9ns AB och Globen Alltj\u00e4nst. Kompetensutvecklande insatser genom-f\u00f6rdes hos fyra f\u00f6reningar\/f\u00f6retag. Sju personer genomgick kompetensutveckling vilket gav dem starkare status p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden.<\/p>\n
