Leader Östra Skåne holds at least one major conference annually and is currently procuring conference facilities for the next two years.
We would like quotes for:
Half-day conference (including breakfast/lunch or lunch/afternoon coffee)
Full-day conference (breakfast/lunch/breakfast)
Lunch-to-lunch conference: Starting lunch one day, afternoon coffee, 2-course dinner in the evening, overnight stay in a single room, breakfast, morning coffee and final lunch.
We expect WiFi, projector, screen, pads, pens and water/fruit. The facility should be able to offer at least 25 single rooms. Free parking is an advantage.
We work with sustainability and rural development, which means that we place high demands on our suppliers. Food and drink should therefore be locally produced, organic and/or certified or otherwise sustainable. The supplier/facility should be located in rural areas, that is, in a place with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants and within one of the municipalities of Bromölla, Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Osby, Perstorp, Simrishamn, Tomelilla, Ystad and Östra Göinge.
The offer should be submitted with a fixed price for 2025-2026 and sent to upphandling@leaderostraskane.se
