From idea to project

Seven steps from idea to project start

1

Always start by filling out an idea description and submitting it to the office.

2

If your idea is deemed to fit within the framework of our support forms, you can start developing your project application and a budget. Contact the office for questions, help with developing your application and to brainstorm ideas, to produce as complete a project application as possible.

3

When you are ready, you make an application in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's e-service. In order to log in to the e-service, someone needs to submit a power of attorney to be able to make the application for the organization that will be the support applicant.

4

The office ensures that your application is complete and meets all conditions and then processes the case.

5

The board will then review your application documents and assess them based on given selection criteria before making a decision whether your project application should be granted, rejected or remitted.

6

After the board meeting, the office sends your application to the Swedish Board of Agriculture, which makes the formal decision.

7

Finally, you will receive a start decision from the Swedish Board of Agriculture and you can begin implementing your project. Throughout the project, you will be offered continued support from the office. The office will help you ensure that your decision is complied with and with the dissemination of activities and results.
