Apply

Are you ready to apply? Great! We at the office are your sounding board throughout the entire process.

Before your application

Always start by contacting us at the office. The application is made in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's system, but we will help you get started and then be your sounding board throughout the process.

Before applying, you need to have all the documentation prepared and to ensure that you don't miss anything, you can use these tips.

proxy

The person who will be making the application must have submitted a power of attorney to the Swedish Board of Agriculture. It is not possible to log in with a private e-ID until the power of attorney has been received and registered with the Swedish Board of Agriculture.

It is therefore a good idea to decide who will register the application and submit a power of attorney well in advance.

application procedure

Leader Östra Skåne applies a continuous application procedure. Applications are processed, as they are processed, at one of the board's six annual decision-making meetings. Cases that are complete and have been processed by the leader office are usually decided at the board meeting that follows.

Please note that we need your (complete) documents no later than eight weeks before each decision-making meeting in order to have time for processing, any supplementary procedures and the board's reading/work. You can find the dates for the board's decision-making meetings in our calendar.

Manual

The "Applicant Handbook" contains summary information as well as tips and advice on how the questions in the application should be answered.

Questionnaire

In the Swedish Board of Agriculture's system, you will be asked to answer a number of questions. These questions are governed by the specialization you choose at the beginning of your application. You will receive this specialization from the office. We have collected all the questions in one document, depending on the focus area. Go through these questions before you apply and prepare your answers.

the office at your service

Remember that we at the office are always available to help you with tips and advice regarding what applies to your particular application.

How is your application assessed?

When your application is complete, it can be forwarded to the board for assessment. The board checks that your project application meets all basic conditions and then scores it based on given selection criteria. They then make a decision whether your application should be granted, rejected or remitted. A decision by the board cannot be appealed.

However, it is the Swedish Board of Agriculture that makes the formal and final decision.

Please test your project application against the basic conditions and selection criteria!
