Privacy Policy

Leader Östra Skåne processes personal data that is necessary for the operation and to be able to fulfill our commitments. The purposes include support management, statistics, information, communication, marketing, follow-up, evaluation, analysis and archival purposes supported by legal obligation and public interest. The data is processed electronically.

Information sent to Leader Östra Skåne becomes public documents, unless it contains information that is confidential according to the Public Access and Secrecy Act.

Leader Eastern Skåne provides information related to projects to the Swedish Board of Agriculture and to EU institutions in accordance with EU legislation, law or regulation.

Information according to GDPR

Leader Östra Skåne strives to ensure that all information, regardless of who owns it, is handled in a controlled, secure and structured manner in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

How is personal data collected and how is it stored?

Personal data is collected through, for example, web forms, e-mail, photographs, moving images, paper applications and telephone calls. The data may also be supplemented with information from public registers and authorities.

If you are, or have been, a participant with us, your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for Leader Östra Skåne to be able to administer training/conferences or for as long as we are required to store them according to law/agreement. After that, they will be deleted according to the applicable processing routine. We do not delete personal data when there is a legal requirement to store them, for example according to applicable accounting rules and EU regulations. We use de-identified information for statistical purposes and course development.

We never disclose your personal data to third parties.

Photo and moving image

The general purpose of collecting personal data in the form of photos and moving images is continued information dissemination and marketing. We save and publish material that is connected to the projects and activities that take place through funding from Leader Östra Skåne until the material is outdated. We are not obliged to notify when publication occurs.

Newsletters and web news

The information used to send out newsletters and information about Leader Östra Skåne's activities is only saved as long as you are a subscriber. When you unsubscribe, we delete your personal information.

Notifications

Personal data provided in connection with registrations for training courses and conferences is only saved for as long as is required for administration, i.e. sending out materials and evaluation surveys.

Application for support and payment

Applications for support and payments are made in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's IT system. The Swedish Board of Agriculture is the data controller for the processing of personal data provided in the application for support or payments.

Access to your personal data – you have the right to receive confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and an extract of what data is being processed.

Request correction – you have the right to have incorrect information corrected.
