Digital information board in Hästveda

The locality Hästveda was part of the LAG-owned project ”More attractive localities in Hässleholm municipality”. One of the measures that was sought specifically in Hästveda was a digital information board centrally located in the locality.

The basic idea of the digital information board was to provide a consolidated and updated community information and event calendar. The target group was all the residents of the locality, the associations, commerce, and visitors.

Initially, they started with the purchase of the LED board, training of four participants in the board's software, and networking with Hässleholm municipality.

The LED board was installed on site and information was prepared so that the work could be disseminated both through local media and social media.

In October 2021, the official inauguration was held where invited preschool children helped unveil the board. Through this communication and service solution, a new meeting place has been created centrally in Hästveda. In addition, two new networks were established, one towards the municipality and one towards the associations.
