Umbrella project: Competence

The project was started to make funds available and implement projects that strengthen the competence of personnel within organizations and companies. The Leader LAG PH development strategy highlighted the need for long-term and sustainable education. Increasing the employability of individuals is a key to creating and maintaining vital employment.

In addition to advertising and sharing information, the LAG network has an administrator who has received and handled incoming applications. The sub-activity has been carried out by Vittsjö vingård, Scouterna Hässleholm, HK Wilkéns AB and Globen Alltjänst. Competence development efforts were carried out at four associations/companies. Seven people underwent competence development, which gave them a stronger status in the labour market.
