Umbrella project: Young resources

The aim was to announce funds for initiatives that help young people create networks and run their own feasible activities. Young people are our future and being able to take part in running projects as a young person is something that not only gives you the opportunity to influence your everyday life but also provides synergy effects for future education and working life.

In addition to spreading the word about the opportunity, the staff worked to support the young people in the application process, implementation and reporting. A youth project has been carried out in the meantime and a new virtual meeting place was created for the so-called Summer Holiday Week. A new form of collaboration started between the operations manager and the young people who worked as youth leaders. The goal of 15 young people participating in training or activities was achieved with flying colors: a total of 55 people participated and contributed with non-profit time/non-profit resources to a value of approximately SEK 45,500.
