On May 16th and 17th, almost the entire board of Leader Eastern Skåne and the employees gathered for a day of work at Breanas Hotels at Immeln. The board had to make a joint assessment of a project. Our new members in particular appreciate being able to make an assessment together in peace and quiet. Also on the agenda was a skills inventory, marketing and ambassadorship. We also had an introductory workshop on how to evaluate our work. On Friday evening we had a nice dinner together and solved a murder mystery in teams of four. Of course with the customary mustache and detective pipe!
