Information signs in Tyringe

The village council in Tyringe participated in the project ”More attractive places in Hässleholm Municipality.” One of the measures that was highlighted was to erect some information signs that can show what Tyringe has to offer.

Various actors in Tyringe contacted the village association with requests to produce signs showing the activities and attractions in the area, something that the village development plan also highlighted.

After the previous signage was inventoried and evaluated, a better proposal was developed to meet the stakeholders' wishes. The project evaluated exactly what needed to be improved and then planned for the texts and layout of the new signs.

Affected landowners were contacted to obtain permits, and other required permits were also secured. The signs could then be both procured and installed at the four different locations that had been designated.

The four information signs are installed around the central town of Tyringe, including at the spa hotel and Tyrs hov sports centers. These signs offer maps and information that make it easier for everyone who is in the area. During the course of the project, a new network was also formed between the Village Council, entrepreneurs and Hässleholm Municipality.

The signs are manufactured to have as long a lifespan as possible and will be kept up to date in the future thanks to the Village Council.
