Innovative Aces

The purpose of the project was to create an increased local level of innovation through sharper, more innovative projects and processes linked to Skånes Ess thematic horizontal goals in the development strategy.

The goal of the project is that a number of idea carriers will have undergone idea refinement and coaching through various thematic training initiatives. A number of idea carriers will also have undergone innovation consulting. Knowledge regarding the horizontal goals of the local development strategy (sustainable development, innovative approach, gender equality, equal treatment and non-discrimination, environment and climate and accessibility) will be increased.

The Leader Office guides applicants through the application process, but sometimes it is difficult for applicants to concretize and describe their ideas. Some ideas can be better developed by adding new perspectives for creative height and innovation. Through writing workshops and coaching, we want to help ensure that development power is harnessed and turned into sharp development projects.

For many applicants, the horizontal goals are perceived as difficult to achieve. LAG Skånes Ess therefore wants to increase knowledge about and inspire them through the seminar series Ta höjd!. LAG also wants to focus on the importance of evaluation and its connection to learning and knowledge transfer.

A writing workshop with 8 participants and 6 project coaching sessions, 3 of which have led to concrete and pointed project applications and projects with an increased degree of innovation and better structure. An important project for Skåne's Ess and Leader method as it increases the opportunities to make an application for those who might otherwise have had good and innovative ideas and thoughts but could not independently produce them in a project application/project plan. The project also leads to increased knowledge for more people, especially within the horizontal criteria and innovation.
